What is a blog?

Blogging is beneficial to education. It benefits education by giving teachers a way of giving questions to students. It is helpful to schools because it can be a new topic to teach and their could also be a class for learning all this about technology.  Using Blogging in schools can help teachers and students as well. Blogging in schools helps them by letting students find a voice, allows time for reflection, and builds online collaboration and enhances learning opportunities.

Blogging gives teachers a way of giving questions to students.  They could give a student a research paper knowing that they could find all the answers to the report at google or wikipedia.  Teachers could also print out worksheets to give to their students for homework or classwork.  teachers could even get their lesson plan off the Internet at a teachers help site.

Schools can also benefit from blogging.  It could be another whole class in which the school can have.  It could bring their school into the 21st century.  It could help school by making the school more top rated by being an advanced school.  Also it is good for a school to teach kids how to use the computer because it open up a whole new field of work for the student.

Blogging in schools gives students a chance to find out how to properly research a topic.  That could help them in all subjects in the way that students will be more aware of researching and will be able to find the right information for reports.  It also gives students a chance to realize they can have a "voice" online and participate in the world via Internet. It gives students time to think about their thoughts of a topic and then they could reflect on what they learned.
